Uranium International Limited is an exploration company with projects in Australia. The prospectus dated August 3rd has been withdrawn.

The new prospectus outlining the details of the FMG (Fortescue Metals Group) joint venture will be issued shortly and the company intends to list on the ASX in early 2008.
